The baritone ukulele has the largest body of all the ukuleles, and the strings are tuned the same as the top four strings of the guitar. It therefore sounds much more like a guitar than it does a ukulele (much deeper than a ukulele). Baritone ukuleles are a good choice for beginners looking to move on to playing guitar.
