Guitar Microphones: Electro-Voice N/D468 Dynamic Supercardioid

This microphone is designed to work well at picking up the sounds of pretty much every acoustic instrument, and works equally well on my acoustic guitar as it does on my brother's bass drum. It picks up every sound and tone perfectly, and I have never had anything to complain about since my dad bought us this microphone a couple of years ago.

The pivoting head of the microphone makes it incredibly easy to adjust, and I can always get it placed in just the right angle to obtain the best sounds from my acoustic guitar. Even in the highest SPL situations, the response is incredibly accurate and silky smooth, and this is truly one of the best microphones I have used. I am incredibly grateful that it hasn't broken once in the last couple of years, as the price of the microphone is a cool 170 bucks.
