Small Guitar with Cheap Price that Lacks Quality

The Dean Playmate J 7/8 Size Acoustic Guitar is just the right size for younger beginning guitarists. With such a small, manageable instrument there will be no problem getting younger players to handle their guitar. And the frustration of not being able to reach the frets is alleviated altogether by the smaller scale.

Guitar reviews tend to disagree as to which is the best guitar for younger beginners. But everyone understands that price is always something to be taken into consideration since so many younger players tend to give up early on and few people are willing to spend a lot of money on something that is just going to collect dust.

However, there’s a catch. If a beginning guitarist doesn’t have an instrument with a great sound that plays easily, it can interfere with the beginner guitarist’s desire to continue to learn and grow in their playing. Taylor Baby Taylor. Mind you, these cost about $200 more than the Dean Playmate J 7/8 Size Acoustic Guitar. But the improvement in quality means that the chances of your child continuing on with their lessons are far better. Plus, the Taylor has a decent resale value should your child decide they don’t want to play after all.
